This project involved the refurbishment of an existing Warehouse building at the Swains site in Poynton.
WML involvement included the design of new external concrete hard standings, below ground drainage to integrate with the existing pumped network and modifications to the existing steelwork frame.
WML integrated closely with the Architect and Contractor to deliver this project on programme, under tight time and budget constraints.
