The individuals within the company all work closely together with an ethos that ensures the continuous exchange of expertise and experience. All of our qualified professional personnel are either Members or Fellows of the Institution of Structural Engineer, Institution of Civil Engineers or the Geological Society of London, together with the educational qualifications required to progress to this status
We recognise the importance of formal planning and hold regular internal resource meetings. At these meetings, Project Engineers input current resourcing needs for the Management Team to review alongside requirements for new incoming projects
This process ensures appropriate resources are allocated to individual projects as well as forward planning for future staffing requirements
