The New 10 storey Integrated Care Centre in Oldham is a significant flagship health and social care development for the Oldham Borough. It is one of the largest primary care facilities delivered by LIFT in the UK.
The site was steeply sloping which resulted in the building having a split level ground floor arrangement. The diversion of adopted main drain was also necessary.
Several structural forms were reviewed with contractor leading to adoption of a flat slab cast insitu concrete frame solution.
