The project involves construction of 10 maisonettes in 5no low rise structures and 5no 2-bed residential structures with external areas comprising mixed private gardens, landscaping and hardstanding for access and parking.
Our Role
WML provided full geo environmental services; Phase 1 and 2 reports. Substructure and ground floor design for mass concrete strip footings. Timber frame construction for superstructure of residential units by specialist designer.
Civils work included design for external drainage and hardstandings, including S106 applications, and S278 works to site entrance.
