External areas comprise hardstanding for parking and soft landscaped private garden areas with some low rise retaining structures to suit site levels.
Full substructure and ground floor design with a mix of traditional strip footings and piled foundations to suit variations in ground conditions and tree influence. Timber frame construction for superstructure of residential units by specialist designer.

Civils works included full design of private and adoptable drainage, onsite adoptable roads and highways alterations/S278 works.
