The scheme redeveloped a redundant council office and depot site to provide specialist Dementia Care facilities within an extra care residential facility.
This was the largest timber framed UK building constructed in 2010, totalling 116 units for rental and ownership together with extensive communal, social and wellbeing facilities.
The project was Highly Commended in the LABS NW Regional awards in the Large Housing Development Category.
